These terms apply to anyone who joins the Oyyzo partner (affiliate) program run by Digital Poonam ("we", "us") at oyyzo.com/partners ("you", "partner"). One partner account covers every Oyyzo app.
1. What you earn
- Track (track.oyyzo.com): 20% of every payment a business you referred makes, calculated on the amount before GST, for the first 12 months after that business's first payment.
- When a new Oyyzo app launches, its rate is shown in your dashboard and on this page.
- A business counts as your referral when it creates a new account in a Oyyzo app after opening one of your links, in the same browser, within 60 days. If it opened another partner's link first, that partner gets the referral. We can't credit sign-ups made any other way.
- Each commission is held for 30 days (our refund window) before it can be paid. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is cancelled, or taken off a later payout if it was already paid.
2. Approval
Most sign-ups are approved as soon as the email address is confirmed. Some are reviewed by hand first. We may refuse, suspend or close a partner account, and hold or cancel commissions that look like a breach of these terms while we check them.
3. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, your own business, your employer, or businesses you control (self-referral).
- Spam: unsolicited bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, or posting your links where they aren't welcome.
- Misleading claims about our apps, their prices or features, or pretending to be us.
- Bidding on our brand names (or misspellings of them) in paid search ads, or using them in your domain or social media names.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden or automatic clicks, or any trick that credits you with sign-ups you didn't bring.
- Offering discounts, refunds or terms we haven't agreed to in writing.
4. Payouts and tax
- We pay your payable balance, usually once a month, once it reaches ₹1,000, to the UPI ID or bank account in your name that you give in your partner dashboard.
- Your PAN is required. We deduct TDS where Indian income-tax law requires it (commission is covered by section 194H) and give you the TDS certificate.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are registered for GST, send us a GST invoice for each payout.
5. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. In short:
- You join with your Oyyzo account. We keep what you tell us about how you'll promote us and the payout details you enter (UPI ID or bank account, and PAN), and use them to run the program, pay you and meet tax rules.
- We record clicks on your links and the businesses that sign up through them. For each visitor we keep a one-way keyed hash of their network (IP) address, never the address itself, to count each visitor once and to spot self-referrals.
- When someone opens a referral link we set a cookie (oyz_ref) on oyyzo.com and its app subdomains that remembers the partner code for 60 days. It holds nothing else.
- Payouts may be sent through our payment provider (Razorpay / RazorpayX), which receives your payout details for that purpose.
- To see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, email hello@oyyzo.com. We keep payout and tax records for as long as the law requires.
6. Your relationship with us
You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you may not make promises or sign agreements on our behalf. You may use our names and logos only to promote our apps and only as we provide them.
7. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the commission rates with 30 days' notice by email. New rates apply to payments made after the change. Either side may leave the program at any time. Commission you earned fairly before then is still paid; commission linked to a breach of these terms is not.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@oyyzo.com.
